So now you've mastered the basics it's time to up your game. While backgammon is a simple game to learn, there is much more to winning than first meets the eye. In these lessons you will learn about the concepts behind three basic game strategies.

Please bear in mind that all of these games are merely examples and the dice have been predetermined. However, the underlying strategies behind the games remain true and are well worth learning. For the purpose of explaining these strategies we will ignore any action with the doubling cube.

Holding Game
